My passion for photography was ignited when I was 12, during the rise of social media platforms like Instagram.
As I observed people curating their personal stories through images, I discovered that I had a natural inclination for capturing moments.
Whether at school events or family gatherings, I was always the one stepping up when someone asked, “Who can take my picture?”
That spark led me to pursue formal training, enrolling in my first photography course at a local arts school.
From that moment, I’ve been committed to refining my craft & telling powerful, authentic stories through photography.
I specialize in Portrait, Sports, & Special Occasion Photography. I aim to provide an experience that’s not only professional but, also comfortable & fun.

Once we confirm availability, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking.

Travel fees apply for locations outside of Southwest Florida as this allows me to maintain the quality of service you expect.
Having photographed in many unique locations, I'm familiar with the nuances of each area.

We understand that circumstances can change, & we have established the following policies regarding Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Photographer-initiated Rescheduling:
katelynmorolesphoto reserves the right to reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to photographer illness, personal emergencies, or inclement weather.In the event that a session cannot be rescheduled due to the photographer's cancellation, a full refund will be issued for your paid session fee, whether it is the deposit or the total session cost.
Client-initiated Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule any session without incurring additional fees, provided that we receive at least one week’s notice prior to the scheduled session.This allows us to accommodate your needs while ensuring a smooth transition in our schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
If you prefer to cancel your session instead of rescheduling, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total session fee will apply, provided we receive notification at least one week in advance.Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled session will forfeit the entire session fee.
Late Notice Rescheduling or Cancellations:
Rescheduling or canceling a session within 72 hours of the scheduled date may result in additional fees, & clients will not be entitled to a refund of their session deposit under these circumstances.We understand that emergencies happen, & we will make every effort to accommodate your needs where possible.
No Call, No Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the original session price.This fee must be paid before booking any future sessions with us.
Late Arrivals:
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.If a client arrives late, the time lost will not be added to the session, and we may be unable to extend the session depending on subsequent bookings.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of severe weather conditions that may compromise the safety or quality of the session, we will collaborate with clients to find a suitable alternative date for rescheduling.Transfer of Session:
Sessions are non-transferable to another individual without prior agreement from katelynmorolesphoto.If you wish to transfer your session to another person, please contact us in advance for approval.
Client Responsibility for Location Shoots:
For sessions held in outdoor or private locations, it is the client’s responsibility to secure any necessary permits or permissions required for the shoot.Illness Policy:
If you or a family member is feeling unwell, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible.We are committed to discussing rescheduling options that prioritize your well-being.
